2019 Veterans Day Parade

Once again we have entered the SWALC float in the Mobile Bay Area Veterans Day Commission Veteran's Day Parade. The parade will start promptly at 9:45 AM on Monday morning, November 11th from the Mobile Civic Center parking lot.  The parking lot will be open at 8:15 AM to line up. We must be in position ready to go by 9:00 AM.

NOTE: No “throws” or trinkets of any kind are strictly prohibited this year. Any group seen throwing or handing out anything while on the parade route, may not be allowed to participate in the future.

The parade route has been extended by about five blocks – Claiborne to Canal, west on Canal Street to Broad Street, north on Broad Street to Dauphin St, east on Dauphin St to Washington Avenue, south on Washington Avenue to Government Street, east on Government Street to Claiborne Street, and south on Claiborne to the Civic Center parking lot entrance.
